Please remember that orders are generally shipped within two business days of receipt and, therefore, two (2) business days* should be added to the corresponding delivery time shown with your Standard or Priority shipping choice.
FREE SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in the United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories). In the event of any other shipping promotion, promotions apply to most United States destinations (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories).

Do you ship internationally?

Baileyhats.com will ship almost anywhere in the world. All transactions are in U.S. Dollars. Please check Currency Converter if needed. If for some reason we can't get it to you, we will notify you.

Duties and taxes are not yet included in the cost of shipping. The amount will be billed to the recipient, unless otherwise requested by the shipper. It is also possible for a third party to be responsible for duty and/or tax fees. Customs officials of the importing country assess duties and taxes based on the information provided on the air waybill, the commercial invoice and other relevant documents related to the shipment.

Candian Orders and NAFTA

Most goods and products individuals import into Canada are subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) of five percent. The GST is calculated after customs duties have been applied.

You will also have to pay the applicable Canadian Provincial Sales Tax (PST) or Quebec Sales Tax (QST). The provincial retail sales tax rates vary from province to province, as do the goods and services to which the tax is applied and the way the tax is applied.

In Canadian provinces with a Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario and British Columbia), you'll be charged the HST, rather than separate GST and provincial sales tax.

Because of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Canadians do not have to pay duty on most American and Mexican manufactured items. But be careful. Just because you buy an item from a U.S. store does not mean it was made in the United States. It's quite possible it was imported into the United States first and, if so, you may be charged duty when it comes into Canada.


Do you ship to Military Personnel?

Yes. Please enter the billing and shipping information using the following guidelines. If your zip code starts with the numbers below:

0 - Please use New York as the state
9 - Please use California as the state
3 - Please use Florida as the state

Fill in the appropriate CMR, Unit Number or PO Box in the first address field and if needed the Room/Bldg field. Please put your APO AE or what is applicable in the city field. Choose the United States as the Country since all military addresses fall under US Postal Rates.

RETURNS

Our Return Policy

All returns must be made within 20 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn with original tags attached. Returns after 20 days are only available for merchandise credit. Items returned due to wrong size are eligible for exchange only. Returns other than our error will have a 15% re-stocking fee deducted from the refund. Returns on orders that utilize free shipping codes will be subject to a reduction in refund in the amount of $7.75.

Use the enclosed pre-addressed return label in your packaging. Cover the original shipping label with the return label and return it to us in the original shipping carton. Enclose this form and indicate the Reason Code for the return.

We recommend shipping your package by a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS insured mail.

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, credit will be processed against the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 14 days after receipt for processing your refund. Allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. WE WILL REFUND SHIPPING COSTS ONLY IF THE RETURN IS THE RESULT OF OUR ERROR.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, used or items that have been washed, damaged, or otherwise altered. Removal of tags and labels will qualify the hat as being worn. Baileyhats.com is not responsible for any item that we did not receive or that or that is not returned in accordance with the terms of our return policy. We cannot process returns or exchanges for items that were not purchased from baileyhats.com.
