ORDER PROCESSING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

Orders are processed the day that we receive them and are usually shipped within one to two business days thereafter.


ORDER CONFIRMATION

When the order has been submitted online, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation. Additionally, you will be provided your order number on the order confirmation page.


BACKORDERS

On occasion we may temporarily run out of stock if an item is in high demand. When that happens, we will immediately email you with the expected shipping date. Most items that are backordered should return to stock within 2 weeks. We will contact you once the item is back in stock to advise you that it is available for purchase.

 
CANCELING AN ORDER

ORDER CHANGES

If we have not yet shipped your order, you may request a change or cancellation to your order by emailing us customerservice@baileyhats.com. Be sure to include your name, address, and order confirmation number with your email and provide complete details on the information that you would like to correct or change. Once we've changed your order, we will send you an email confirmation. If we are unable to change or cancel your order, we will notify you immediately. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. Shipping charges will not be refunded and will be the customer's responsibility if the order is refused upon receipt.
